Meeting your fitness needs

Pilates Fusion is dedicated to meeting your fitness needs at any level. Whether you’re looking to relax, increase tone, strength, or flexibility, Pilates is for you!

We offer private lessons (one-on-one) and group classes (max. 5). Instruction is attentive and modifications are given as necessary. 

Using state of the art machines, apparatuses and small equipment we provide low impact yet challenging workouts. The results are inspiring.

The classes are fun and not too intense - they produce results.
